A. Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account to use the online features of the App, we collect the following personal information:

• Name: First and Last name (to personalize your profile).

• Date of Birth: Used to determine age-appropriate settings or compliance.
• Password: Encrypted and handled securely via our authentication provider.

B. Automatically Collected Data

When you play the game, we automatically collect certain data to improve the game experience:

• Game Progress: Level history, current level, high scores, remaining lives, and energy cell counts.
• Usage Data: Details about your activity, such as when you start a level, when a "Game Over" occurs, and how often you use the app.

C. Local Storage

For "Guest" or "Offline" players, game progress is stored locally on your device using Local Storage. If you delete the app, this data may be lost.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Cloud Sync: To save your game progress (Levels, Scores) to the cloud so you can resume on different devices or after reinstalling.
• Analytics: To analyze game difficulty (e.g., tracking where players lose lives most often) and improve gameplay balance.

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The specific providers used by this App are:

In compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data directly within the App.

• Go to the Profile screen from the main menu.
• Tap the Delete Account button.
• Confirm the action.

Consequences of Deletion: This process immediately removes your authentication record and deletes your user profile and game progress from our database. This action is irreversible.

5. Children’s Privacy

We collect Dates of Birth to help ensure our services are appropriate for our users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it (including HTTPS encryption for data in transit). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
